Rodeo Parade in the Rain

The theme of the Red Bluff 52nd Annual Rodeo was "Supporting Our Troops". It started off a sunny day, but part way through the parade the rain began to slowly arrive. It was still fun for the family, and with the war in Iraq, it was a worthy theme.
