Rodeo in the Rain

A chilly rainy day at the Red Bluff Roundup Rodeo -- a rare occurrence in this part of Northern California. Everyone bundled up in blankets and ponchos for 5 hours. Quite a contrast from the weeks before with temperatures running in the 70s and 80s!
